Important Information
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, ranging anywhere from 8a - 7p, with alternating shifts. 8a - 5p, 9a - 6p, or 10a - 7p.
Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming customer inquiries and calls, ensuring accurate and timely issue resolution.
- Engage with customers to address questions, resolve concerns, and identify opportunities for new business.
- Process orders and complete necessary forms and applications to fulfill customer requests.
- Assist the sales team by managing inbound requests and coordinating outbound communications for new products and services.
- Provide support for additional Customer Service Center (CSC) needs and initiatives as assigned.
