Who We Want

The Compliance Capacity Specialist supports the Carrier Compliance Manager and the broader Compliance team by managing key compliance functions that ensure carrier qualifications and authority align with regulatory and internal standards. This role is responsible for onboarding new carriers, maintaining carrier profiles and compliance systems, proactively responding to and resolving real-time alerts, continuously reviewing changes within the carrier network, reviewing DOT inspection history, and ensuring up-to-date insurance compliance. The position plays a vital role in creating processes and SOPs, working with carrier reps to mitigate risks to support the company's operational goals through reliable and repeatable compliance practices.

What You'll Do

Carrier Onboarding & Qualification Management

• Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new carriers, ensuring all required documentation, insurance, and authority qualifications are verified and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
• Outline and resolve unique regulation concerns for US, Mexico, and Canada carriers, allowing carrier capacity to be added to the network.
• Utilize internal tools and third-party monitoring services to proactively identify and remove non-compliant or high-risk carriers from the network.
• Support strategic growth initiatives by helping to qualify carriers identified from various prospecting sources.

The Perks of Working With Us

$63,000 - $80,000 a year

The base salary range for this position is $63,000 - $80,000, plus bonus and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training.
