A company is looking for a Call Center LPN.
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to patients scheduled for home visits or telehealth appointments
Conduct telephonic assessments to gather patient health information
Complete chart preparation and enter patient data accurately into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Required Qualifications :
Active, unrestricted LVN / LPN license in any U.S. state
Previous experience in a call center, telehealth, or clinical nursing environment preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and eClinicalWorks (eCW) strongly preferred
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private workspace
