JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join Wondery's Ad Sales team, focusing on enhancing our sales strategies, accurately managing orders, and optimizing advertising campaigns in a bustling sales environment. You will leverage your exceptional communication and critical thinking skills to liaison with clients and podcast hosts, crafting beneficial partnerships. Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the information circulated is both accurate and impactful.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Work alongside Account Executives through the pre-sale cycle, including client presentations and media schedules.

Process planning details and insertion orders within our order management system, ensuring adherence to company best practices and policies.

Collaborate with Ad Operations for successful campaign execution, monitor campaign performance, and optimize in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Engage in pre-sale communication with podcast hosts and manage sales operations projects.

Assist the Finance team in resolving any invoicing queries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint.

Proven experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication skills.

Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Industry Experience Required :

Prior experience in client-facing roles within the Sales, Advertising, & Account Management domain.

Familiarity with the podcasting industry is a plus.
