Job descriptionAnswering and directing calls Sorting and routing the daily mail, distributing correspondence to department staff Sorting, scanning, uploading, and maintaining filing systems Applying critical thinking to evaluate information, identify issues, and make decisions based on each scenario presented on an Explanation of Benefits Creating invoices and managing billing processes related to UBER accounts Communicating with auto insurance companies and attorneys as necessary Completing assignments and projects according to instructions from supervisors Detail-oriented while able to multitask Strong critical thinking and analytical skills Open-minded, teachable, and willing to grow Able to work independently and as part of a team Proficient computer skills Bilingual would be great! But not necessary
