Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance contact for Information Technology labor capitalization
• Prepare and submit capital labor entries and asset forms
• Maintain and update monthly capital labor forecasts, financial reports, and depreciation forecasts
• Additional responsibilities include assist in monthly operating forecast and annual budget with leadership in assigned areas
• Act as financial approver for contracts and purchase orders for assigned areas
• Provide variance analysis for monthly forecast, annual forecast, and budget
• Coordinate with leadership in areas to complete regular and ad hoc requests for reporting on financial and capital labor data
