Location : Hybrid | Grand Rapids, MI

Compensation : $60,000 - $70,000

Schedule : Monday-Friday, full time

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable (AP), including invoice processing and cash disbursements

Reconcile cash activity between bank accounts and company records

Prepare and file monthly sales and use tax returns

Record journal entries for cash, prepaids, and accruals

Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

Qualifications

Must-Have :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (recent graduates with internships encouraged to apply)

1+ year of experience in general accounting (AP / AR / GL)

Solid understanding of GAAP

Proficiency in MS Office

Interest or experience in data analytics

Preferred :

Familiarity with NetSuite and AP / AR processes

Knowledge of sales & use tax regulations

Advanced Excel skills
