Responsibilities :
Front Desk Operations :
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests arriving late at night.
- Prepare and assemble Breakfast offerings for breakfast hours.
Financial Duties :
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Balance and reconcile all revenue and settlement accounts, ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.
Sanitation and Safety :
- Ensure the cleanliness of the hotel. Conduct regular patrols and responding to any guest issues.
- Monitor access to the hotel premises during the night.
- Address emergency situations or guest issues calmly and efficiently, following established protocols.
Administrative Tasks :
- Update and maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Handle reservations and room assignments for late-night arrivals.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports and documentation.
Customer Service :
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Act as a point of contact for guests requiring assistance during the night.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or a similar role is preferred but not required. Training is available.
- Proficient in using hotel software and computer systems.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for financial auditing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Working Hours : Will be discussed upon Interview.
Wages : $12.00 Hourly, Biweekly Pay Frequency
