Business Analyst PM

Title : Business Analyst / PM

Locations : Columbus MS (Day one onsite)

Contract : Long Term( Q1 2025 then getting another project so may possibly beable to extend another year past Q1 2025)

JobDescription : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

Define and document project scope objectivestimelines

Identify document and managestakeholder expectations both internally and externally

Prepare and manage a budget based on project scope usinginput from IT Management

Document and trackbudgetary estimations and actuals

Work withIT Management to identify resource constraints

Estimate resource requirements and identify potentialrisks

Document a work plan for the projectdepending upon project requirement and member expertise

Provide project updates to stakeholders and ITD asrequired

Create and manage contracts / POswith suppliers and vendors ensuring timely deliveries and costmanagement

Perform regular assessment ofproject execution to identify areas for improvement

Track project status and performance in the specifiedformat documents and systems

Create andmaintain detailed project documentation like 4squares and requireddocuments in the Paccar project management system

Perform risk management based on scope timing and costto minimize potential risks

Use thegenerally accepted tools and techniques for project managementincluding prescribed Paccar reporting documents andsystems

Ensure project delivery is on timeas per scope and within the allocated budget

Manage interdepartmental coordination to ensure smoothproject execution

Adept at coordinating internal andexternal work / tasks

Preferred / Required Skills :

Bachelors degree or equivalent inProject Management or related discipline (preferred)

Proven experience of five seven years in managing mediumto large projects (required)

Proficient inof Microsoft Office suite (required)

PMPcertification (preferred)

Domain knowledgein manufacturing setting (preferred)

Provenexperience in using popular project management tools such as AgileKanban boards Waterfall (in terms of tollgates) etc.(required)

Knowledge of project managementframeworks and best practice (required)
