Job Description

As the Supply Chain Manager - Food & Beverage you will develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize operations and reduce costs. Oversee procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and ensure quality standards. Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management processes. Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Lead and mentor a team to achieve operational excellence and meet performance goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Manager - Food & Beverage should have :

• Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the food and beverage industry.
• Degree in business or management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• This role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA.
