Required : Outstanding customer service abilities and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Required : Strong verbal and written communication skills. Required : No prior retail experience necessary. Required : Must be at least 16 years old. Required : Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred : Experience in retail or client-facing service roles.
About The Role
Join our team as a Seasonal Merchandising Associate where you will play a vital role in enhancing our sales floor with attractive product displays and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Implement store merchandising standards according to visual guidelines to ensure eye-catching product presentation.
- Reorganize and replenish merchandise on the sales floor as needed, focusing on customer satisfaction and seasonal transitions.
- Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them with product inquiries and services.
- Carry out pricing updates and signage changes promptly and accurately.
- Adhere to product protection standards to help prevent losses.
- Collaborate with fellow associates to effectively merchandise incoming products.

Pay Range : $12.50 - $18.05
