Description :

Backfill unit profile.

96-bed hospital with 4 units accommodating 20-26 patients each.

Patient ratios are roughly 1 : 12 for adolescent, adult mental wellness, and adult acute care.

For adult dual diagnosis / substance use disorder, the ratio is 1 : 10.

The average length of stay is 7-10 days, focusing on acute stabilization in behavioral health.

Supervision is provided by the Chief Nursing Officer.

The patient population includes adolescents aged 13-17 and adults aged 18 and older.

Preferred skills / experience include behavioral health and medical or dual diagnosis expertise.

Ability to conduct Clinical Institute Withdrawal Assessment (CIWA) and Clinical Opiate Withdrawal Scale (COWS) is desirable.

Dress code consists of navy scrubs.

Unacceptable attire must be avoided.
