Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney (NJ / NY Licensed, $100-200k)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Attorney with 3–5+ years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law to join a reputable firm serving clients across New Jersey and New York. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean (preferred) or Spanish , and must be licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York

This role is best suited for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong litigation background, and can effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff's personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Conduct client interviews, depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Draft pleadings, legal briefs, and other court filings.
• Provide compassionate, client-centered advocacy to injured individuals.
