Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.

Hourly Rate : $15 - $19 / hour on W2

Job Summary :

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chemical Packaging Operator for our Cleveland facility. This role is a contract-to-hire opportunity for candidates who demonstrate pride in producing high-quality products. The operator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving materials, packaging chemicals, and shipping products, all while strictly adhering to safety and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Precisely portion chemicals (e.g., amino acids) into containers according to SOPs and batch record instructions.
• Unload materials from delivery vehicles, inspect for defects, and label accurately.
• Perform material identification testing and print reports.
• Move and stage materials using tow motors and manual pallet jacks.
• Sample products for Quality Control (QC) testing.
• Clean and label finished goods containers.
• Perform material inspections and room clearances.
• Box, palletize, and wrap finished goods for shipping.
• Load delivery vehicles using an electric tow motor.
• Complete all necessary documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and ALCOA principles.
• Perform SAP transactions as required.
• Report any deviations, discrepancies, or abnormalities to management.
• Participate in a proactive safety culture, identifying hazards and coaching coworkers on safety protocols.
• Participate in company-provided training and complete electronic training on time.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area in accordance with housekeeping policies.
