Mortgage Loan Originator - Leads Provided
We are currently overwhelmed with the number of referrals we are receiving from a number of referral partners. We are seeking an experienced mortgage loan originator to follow up on those referrals, help them find the right loan product, and guide them through the buying / refinancing process.
We will provide you with the leads, technology, a Loan Officer Assistant, a processor, and the benefits of a broker platform.
We are looking for someone who will give more than clients expect, who applies passion and perseverance to all they do, and who is always looking to improve.

Compensation :
$48,000 - $75,000 base + bonus
Responsibilities :
- Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction
- Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements
- Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs
- Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements
- Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required
- Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed / adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines
