Staffing Business Development Manager Fresno / Visalia Area

About the Role
We're hiring a Business Development Manager for our Fresno / Visalia branch, and we're looking for someone who lives within 30 minutes of Fresno, CA, ideally in the south valley area. This is not a remote position.
Role Breakdown :
- 40% Field Work Walking into businesses, meeting decision-makers, and prospecting new clients.
- 40% Phone / Email Outreach from the office Cold calling, following up on leads, and nurturing your pipeline.
- 20% Administrative CRM updates, quoting rates, writing notes, and client communications.
What You'll Do
Actively network through SHRM, Chamber of Commerce, Business Journal events, fundraisers, and HR groups.Prospect local businesses and promote Hire Up's staffing solutions.Negotiate contracts and build long-term client relationships.Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery.Who You Are
You live within 30 minutes of Fresno and can work in-office 3-5 days a week with no more than 2 days in the field (starting and ending from the office on field days).You love getting out into the community, building genuine connections, and meeting new people.You're a confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone.You're dependable, honest, self-motivated, organized, and thrive with a structured schedule.You have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience in the staffing industry, or a similar industry like representing sales for a payroll company or an HR software company. (Bonus points if you already have existing sales contacts in the Fresno / Visalia area!)Why Hire Up?
