Personal Lines Insurance Sales Manager

Lia Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency and part of a family owned business, Lia Auto Group. Our agency continues to grow and we have an opening for a Manager to lead our new sales team.

Our ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success and be a strong leader. In this role, you will play a vital role in shaping the success of the agency. With sales of over 30,000 vehicles a year and service centers that service hundreds of thousands of customer vehicles annually, having enough leads for your team is not a problem. Our list of quality companies we can place business with will make helping business customers find the right fit for them extremely rewarding.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

Hiring, Training, Staff Development
Sales
Customer Service
Managing Leads
Relationship Management

Requirements :

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License

Minimum 3 years independent agency experience with a wide range of personal lines policies

Management Experience

Knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Products
