Recruiting Lead

As a Recruiting Lead in the Early Careers team, you are responsible for building a strong pipeline of diverse intern and analyst level talent across the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) line of business and across firmwide Emerging Talent in North America. The role has managerial responsibilities and leads a team of recruiters across multiple locations - serving as the subject matter expert in the field of junior recruitment you will bring a coordinated approach to the way we attract, select and develop talent. You will support the Chase Associate Program, Chase Leadership Development Program, Financial Advisor Development Program, and various Emerging Talent partnerships.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the recruiting process end-to-end and formulate an effective recruiting strategy through partnerships with senior business stakeholders and the broader Early Careers team
Build and own key relationships with business leaders, program management and other senior stakeholders to provide high visibility and engagement around entry level recruiting activity
Act as a trusted advisor and primary contact for management teams and partner teams on a global basis
Partner internally with other areas of the organization - including Talent Acquisition Marketing and Employer Brand to create a consistent and engaging candidate experience that promotes JPMorgan Chase as an employer of choice
Ensure candidates receive a best-in-class experience at all points through their recruitment journey
Build and maintain relationships with universities, nonprofits, community organizations and external stakeholders and lead the design and delivery of an effective events plan for any in-person and / or virtual activity
Provide expert operational governance to facilitate a seamless candidate and business experience in line with all recruiting risk and controls
Manage, lead, coach and develop a team of campus and emerging talent recruiters across multiple locations in North America
Play an active role in designing and delivering the summer internship program
Own and execute any CCB Early Career or Emerging Talent specific initiatives, location based or diversity focused activity as required
Utilize data and reporting to identify improvements to existing processes, provide regular key metrics to stakeholders with a focus on return and outcomes and actively manage and track budgets
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Ability to work in a team in addition to working independently
Strong organizational, planning, time-management skills and the ability to multi-task
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Project management experience : demonstrated capability to lead and manage projects
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders
Effective influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships
Excellent communication skills : verbally and written with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to lead a large team across multiple locations
Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Travel required during peak season
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
7+ years of early careers recruiting experience
Work experience within global Financial Services
Knowledge of nonprofit and workforce development landscape
Experience with candidate sourcing platforms e.g. Handshake, LinkedIn etc.
