Position Overview

As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver therapy treatments that help residents regain mobility, strength, and confidence. You'll play a vital role in implementing care plans, encouraging progress, and ensuring each resident's therapy experience is positive and successful.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
• Assist residents with safe use of therapy equipment
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to the PT and care team
• Document treatments and resident responses accurately and promptly
• Support residents and families with education and encouragement
