Responsibilities
- Responsible for following the site safety rules and actively participates on the site safety committee including weekly safety tailgates and completing training.
- Executes site secured procedures and reports any unsafe condition or security breach immediately to Supervisor.
- Completes daily equipment Checklist and ensures machine and other equipment and tools are in good working order. Reports any unsafe condition and required repairs to Make-up Shed Supervisor immediately.
- Inspects Made-up box for any damage or defects and report immediately to Supervisors.
- Safely collate Made-up box and bundle tie unit.
- Position Pallets as required at load forming station.
- Place bundle tied units onto to pallets to spec.
- Place any pallet tag on pallet as required.
- Executes quality standards for made-up box spec and responsible to report any damage to product, equipment or building immediately to Supervisor.
- Work with Supervisor and maintenance to ensure machines are set up properly and achieving performance targets for quality, speed, glue application and waste.
- Responsible to maintain Good Housekeeping practices for equipment, workspace, breakroom and locker / restrooms, etc.
- Support Operator position as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay Rate : $16.00
