Surgery Scheduler

Must Haves :

• Minimum of 1 year experience scheduling for physicians with multiple locations; preferably Diagnostic or surgery scheduling experience
• Proficiency in Athena EMR system and scheduling software
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
• Needs to have a "Can Do" / positive attitude
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Day-to-Day :

The Patient Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient appointments for their assigned physicians, managing patient records, and providing administrative support to the providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to travel between two facilities as needed. This candidate will need to be comfortable floating between locations.
