L&D Program Manager GTM Support
The L&D Program Manager GTM Support will be responsible for building programs and processes to ensure effective communication and efficient execution and champion developing and deploying best practices to improve program and business performance. By producing repeatable results across a growing business, this person will enable Sales to deliver on SHI's long-term plan by aligning strategy, structure, processes, and people. This position is required to report to the Austin, TX, office location.
Role Description
- Lead and manage critical strategic initiatives within Sales Enablement.
- Develop and lead program management for multiple strategic initiatives that include but are not limited to Enablement and training initiatives, marketing and event programs, SHI tools and platform rollouts, and business operations initiatives.
- Provide ongoing operational support for Sales Enablement Programs
- Collaborate across SHI Sales teams and liaise between different SHI Sales leaders.
- Solicit input and leverage lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and avoid known problems.
- Effectively communicate program expectations to SHI Sales resources and stakeholders promptly and clearly.
- Coordinate and track the progress of programs and projects, analyze policies, goals, and objectives, and evaluate overall program and project success.
- Enable communication and visibility to ensure alignment across SHI Sales.
- Analyze gaps, create processes to address the challenges, and align with the SHI Sales vision.
- Act as a subject matter expert in program management and mentor others as needed.

Knowledge of fundamental instructional design theories and models, such as ADDIE and SAM, to create effective and engaging learning experiences. - IntermediateAbility to research, craft, write, and edit learning content for multiple platforms and audiences, ensuring it is ready for publication and delivery. - IntermediateWorking knowledge and skills with Learning Management Systems such as Docebo, Moodle, SuccessFactors, LearnWorlds, and Blackboard to manage and deliver training programs. - IntermediateSkilled in creating engaging and visually appealing presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint, including customizing layouts, incorporating multimedia, and applying transition effects. - IntermediateThe ability to adeptly use various digital platforms and applications designed for human resources management, including learning management systems, to streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency. - IntermediateOther Requirements
Completed Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required2+ years of experience in managing programs and projectsAbility to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer EventsAbility to travel 10%The estimated annual pay range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
