VP, Investor Relations
Role Summary / Purpose : The VP, Investor Relations is responsible for facilitating constructive relationships and communications between Synchrony and its Wall Street constituencies. They will have direct ownership of all deliverables relating to the company's earnings processes and corporate access events. In addition, they will partner closely with the Financial, Planning & Analysis, Public Relations and Corporate Governance leadership teams to optimize the content of our corporate disclosures.

Essential Responsibilities :
- Engage directly with key members of the buy- and sell-side communities
- Build close relationships and maintain regular touchpoints with key internal business leaders
- Maintain comprehensive log of conversations with investment professionals, including timing of interactions, participants and key topics of focus
- Prepare earnings materials (including press release, presentation, Q&A, etc), thematic powerpoint presentations, and other investor-centric prep materials (i.e. fireside chat Q&A)
- Run regular shareholder composition and targeting analysis
- Maintain comprehensive competitive analysis and peer disclosure tracking
- Perform other duties and / or special projects as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Finance; CFA or MBA desirable but not requiredMinimum 7 years in Investor Relations role within financial services industry, with external engagement responsibilitiesMinimum 3 years on either buy- or sell-sideHighly proficient in MSOffice suite, Bloomberg, IHS Markits (Ipreo BD Corporate), & WdeskAbility and flexibility to travel for business as requiredDesired Characteristics :

The salary range for this position is 150,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
