A very reputable medical device client of ours is seeking a Senior Director of Product Development to lead a high-performing team of over 40 engineers, technicians, and managers responsible for developing next-generation medical devices. This individual will provide strategic direction, foster innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of programs from concept through commercialization. Location : Fridley, MN. Salary : 185-225k + bonus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop a team of managers and technical professionals across multiple product lines.
• Oversee the full product development lifecycleconcept generation, design, verification / validation, and transfer to manufacturing.
• Establish and execute development strategies aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams to ensure program success.
• Mentor and build leadership capability within the management team.
• Manage departmental budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
