HR Payroll Processor

LHH is looking for a HR Payroll Processor for a client of ours, a consumer products company located in Queens, NY. This Payroll person will sit within their HR Dept and coordinate with their Benefits team as well. This person will be working 100% on-site. This person should have a detail-oriented and organized mindset and experience with payroll processing. This position will pay between $40- $45 / hr, contingent on experience.

Responsibilities :

• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner using payroll software. Ensure all payroll transactions are properly documented and comply with relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including but not limited to timekeeping, attendance, benefits, and other updates. Ensure data integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local payroll regulations to ensure compliance. Process payroll taxes and deductions accurately and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Generate payroll reports as needed for management and accounting purposes. Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to government agencies as required.
• Maintain payroll documentation and records in an organized manner. Prepare and distribute pay stubs, W-2 forms, and other payroll-related documents to employees as necessary.

Pay Details : $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
