Job description

Trainees work with Operators to learn various skills in the wastewater field :

  • Possess an attitude of proper work ethic.
  • Demonstrate the ability work well within a team.
  • Exhibit a real desire to continue learning in the field.
  • Exhibit a safety minded routine.
  • Able to be self-motivated.
  • Be enjoyable to work with.

Skills and Abilities :

  • Able to grasp an understanding of the principals of wastewater treatment and sewer collection systems.
  • Learn mechanical skills associated with wastewater treatment and sewer collection systems.
  • Able to complete projects within established timeframes.
  • Able to learn tasks and properly execute them independently.
  • Be reliable and punctual to work.
  • Display other related skills.
