Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for agricultural and construction equipment.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment offerings effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including equipment financing and leasing options.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to position our dealership as a preferred choice for customers.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand the dealership's customer base and brand presence.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other sales-related documentation to track progress and performance.
- Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any post-sales inquiries or issues.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, sales activities, and customer communications efficiently.
- Embrace a customer-centric approach and foster a positive and professional dealership experience for all clients.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the agricultural and construction equipment industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
- Knowledge of agricultural and construction equipment, their applications, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade potential buyers effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to customer sites and events as required.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
