Role Summary

Arcadis is looking for a Senior Water Design Manager to join our Resilience Water Team. You will have 10 or more years of experience in planning, design, and / or construction of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure, including treatment plants and pump station projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a self?motivated engineer to support one of the best?qualified municipal consulting firms in the country.

Role Accountabilities

• Lead the technical execution of pump station work and provide technical leadership to the team to deliver successful projects.
• Serve as lead designer and / or design manager of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure including treatment plants, pump stations, and hydraulic structures such as intakes and gate projects.
• Develop layout, hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, contract drawings, and specifications.
• Exercise engineering judgment to develop solutions to complex water infrastructure challenges.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams during all project phases, from schematic design to construction.
• Engage in Arcadis national process mechanical practice, act as a technical resource for the region, and mentor junior engineers.
• Perform quality assurance and control reviews of water infrastructure projects.
• Participate in client relationship development, pump station marketing, and pursuit efforts.
• Scope and budget water infrastructure projects.

Benefits and Compensation

Salary range for this position is $95,000$180,000 per year. The role is based in Florida.
