A company is looking for a Marketing Manager, Customer Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Drive patient marketing strategy and execution to enhance enrollment, activation, and retention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable engagement strategies and co-marketing campaigns
Define success metrics and report on marketing initiatives, refining tactics based on data and feedback
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns within HealthTech or healthcare SaaS
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization
Ability to simplify complex concepts into patient-friendly messaging
Experience in managing stakeholders and working cross-functionally
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and building processes from scratch
