Job descriptionThe preference is full time but will consider 30 hours per week. Most of our full-time (40 hour / week) providers work 4 days per week. Physician Base : $228K-$240K / yr Loan Forgiveness : NHSC Student loan forgiveness We are a NHSC approved site. Physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who provide primary care services are eligible for the following : Up to $75,000 for a full-time, two-year service commitment Up to $37,500 for a half-time, two-year service commitment Relocation : Up to 10K for providers Physicians : up to $100k recruitment bonus, paid out over 5 years. Health insurance Malpractice : yes PTO : New employees start out accruing 112 hours per year and max out at 260 hours per year by year 5.
