Estimator – West Palm Beach, FL (Residential, Mixed-Use & Affordable Housing)

Location : South Florida | Compensation : $110K–$130K + Bonus | Full-Time, In-Office

Are you ready to join a top NYC construction firm with a strong presence in South Florida? Our client is looking for a skilled Estimator to join their team in a newly created role focused on residential, mixed-use, and affordable housing projects .

What You’ll Do :

• Prepare detailed estimates for multiple projects across varying market sectors and contract types.
• Conduct quantity take-offs using software tools such as Bluebeam or Onscreen.
• Review specifications and drawings, determine scope of work, and assess potential project risks.
• Develop conceptual, schematic, and final construction estimates, including variance reports.
• Assist with subcontract awards, purchase orders, and preconstruction processes as needed.
