Join our Asset Management Design & Construction (AMDC) team at NYCEDC, where we spearhead capital improvements and develop revenue-generating assets across New York City's five boroughs. Our diverse portfolio encompasses industrial and commercial facilities, waterfront assets, cruise terminals, and public markets. As part of a dynamic group of professional architects, engineers, and planners, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the city's infrastructure and enhancing its economic vitality.

Position Overview : The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will lead the complete project lifecycle for multiple real estate assets, focusing on strategic capital planning, innovative design, and efficient construction execution. Your portfolio will include new construction, extensive renovations, and the development of public open spaces with a focus on waterfront projects. A demonstrated background in civil engineering coupled with at least 3 years of relevant experience is essential for success in this pivotal role.

Position Funding : This position is externally funded. Employment will be contingent upon the continued receipt of funds. Employment at NYCEDC is at will and may be terminated by employee or company at any time regardless of funding

Salary Range

$84,000—$86,000 USD
