About this role :

Data is one of the most important and strategic areas in the company. As Director, Chief of Staff to one of our Enterprise Data product leaders, you will serve as a strategic thought partner and execution leader, enabling the success of the broader Enterprise Data Organization. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of executive strategy, communications, and operational excellence, providing critical support for enterprise-level data initiatives in one of the world's top financial institutions. As a Chief of Staff, you will :

• Swiftly develop a deep understanding of the organization's strategy and vision so that you can lean into complex issues and influence as necessary.
• Partner with Enterprise Data leadership to create, socialize, and deliver our ambitious agenda.
• Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand processes and drive results; connect dots across multiple leaders to understand and aggregate impacts to the business.
• Work with key executives and partners to understand areas of need and build efficient and effective operational processes.
• Partner with communications and leadership to bring strategy to life for our associates, horizontal partners, and stakeholders across the Capital One enterprise.
• Partner with people leadership to engage, empower and inspire associates.
• Be data driven as a way to continuously improve operations.
• Lead associate engagement activities related to associate survey response strategies, org-wide recognition, L&D, and other culture-focused initiatives.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
