Job descriptionPractical experience in the sand casting industry. Mentorship from experienced engineering professionals. Opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects that impact production and profitability. Enhanced technical, analytical, and communication skills. Must be pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or another related field Must have a minimum of 12 semester hours in core degree course work Individual should be a rising sophomore (at minimum) when internship begins Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or at any point in the future

As an engineering intern / co-op, you will work side-by-side with our engineering professionals to gain hands-on experience in the sand casting industry. This role provides exposure to real-world manufacturing environments while building skills in problem-solving, process improvement, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing through process control and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with product and process development projects to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams on day-to-day problem solving.
- Document findings, update work instructions, and contribute to project reports.
- Learn and apply industry standards and best practices in casting and manufacturing processes.
