Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives, with an initial focus on the successful implementation of JRM's new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with Finance, Accounting, HR, Corporate Operations, Construction and overall business needs. Beyond ERP, the Project Manager will also play a key role in planning and executing future enterprise system implementations such as HRIS, CRM, SaaS platforms, and other strategic technology initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the project manager for JRM's ERP replacement initiative and future enterprise system implementations. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations specific to ERP implementation and other business systems.
• Coordinate requirements validation, data migration, system configuration, and testing with stakeholders
• Manage vendors and implementation partners, ensuring delivery aligns with scope and expectations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system processes, reporting, and integration meet business needs. Lead change management, training, and adoption strategies to ensure a smooth transition for end users.
• Partner with the Corporate Communications team to ensure company-wide changes are communicated effectively and consistently.
• Coordinate with the Learning and Talent Development team to identify, design, and deliver training programs that support successful system implementation and adoption.
• Support IT projects, including ERP, SaaS, DevOps, and other enterprise platforms, applying consistent project management methodology. Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary with recommended solutions.
• Track and report project status to Senior Leadership, IT leadership, executive sponsors, and steering committees.
• Establish governance and documentation practices to enable repeatable success for future technology initiatives.

To the extent this position is performed in New York City, the annual salary range for this role is $140,000 - 150,000. #LI-Hybrid
