Position Overview : As an Express Employment Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong partnerships between our agency and our valued clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations exceeded. This position requires a proactive approach to account management, exceptional communication skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all inquiries and requests.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand our client base.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key insights and opportunities for growth.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
