Job descriptionConduct intakes, psychosocial assessments, and risk evaluations. Provide individual, couples, family, group, and crisis counseling. Use trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions with diverse populations. Collaborate with prescribers, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members. Facilitate or co-facilitate group therapy and support clinical initiatives. Active NY license (LFMT, LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW). Experience providing therapy (in-person and virtual). Strong clinical and documentation skills. Bilingual (Spanish) Background in behavioral health or substance abuse settings.

Schedule : Full-time (37.5 hrs / week) Flexible between the hours listed below
Facility Operating Hours : MondayThursday 9am9pm | Friday / Saturday 9am5pm
Pay Rate : $38.46 / hr
Work Type : Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days in office)
Status : Contract-to-Hire
Position Overview
Licensed Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic care to a diverse client base. Therapists will serve children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families , with opportunities to specialize in :
- Trauma-focused therapy
- LGBTQIA+ affirming care
- Justice-involved populations
- Other clinical specialties
You will deliver both individual and group therapy sessions in-office and via telehealth.
