Server - Cafe

Pennybyrn has opportunities for Servers to join our innovative, inclusive, and compassionate life-enriching community! This position has a regular part-time schedule of 10 am - 2 pm, and/or 4 pm - 8 pm, including weekends. There are additional shift differentials of $1.00 per hour on weekends!

Server team members will deliver superior service to the Cafe (casual dining) within our Independent Living community. This position delivers excellent customer service in a highly professional manner, greets and escorts residents and guests, delivers knowledge of high-quality food menu, takes orders, delivers food, busses tables, and cares for the customer's needs. Ideal candidates have an exemplary personality with a ready smile and willing heart to make each dining experience exceptional! We are willing to train those who meet this criteria.

Candidates must enjoy working with the senior population, be dependable and trustworthy, caring and courteous, and strive for excellence in their work performance every day. This position is paid on an hourly basis and does not accept tipping.
