Skilled Nursing Facility

$23.82-$30.81 per hour (DOE)

Permanent Opportunity

Monday-Sunday; 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift available; 8-hour shifts

Marysville, Ohio (onsite)

What you’ll be doing :

• Provide nursing care and supervise staff on assigned units under the Director of Nursing's guidance
• Receive and pass on shift reports, perform nursing care tasks, administer treatments and medications as ordered
• Document changes in residents' conditions, and new orders, and complete various reports by facility policy
• Communicate with residents / designee, conduct walking rounds at shift start and end, and assess residents' conditions
• Notify physicians of changes in residents' conditions, and critical test results, and follow through with physician orders
• Adhere to CMS-Federal / State guidelines, ensuring facility compliance and quality care
• Attend mandatory education and in-services, and complete required health requirements
• Adhere to hospital and department Ethics and Compliance programs, reporting compliance variances as necessary

Who we’re looking for :

• Ability to work with adult patients
• Use of medical and first aid equipment, use of modern office equipment
• Use of tube feeding machine, suction equipment, oxygen concentrators, inspiration nebulizer, IV infusion pump, modern office equipment, AED, EKG, bladder scan / ultrasound machine, wound vac
• An example of acceptable experience and qualifications :
• Completion of a state-accredited school of licensed practical nursing; must possess an Ohio Practical Nurse License
• Must possess and maintain licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio; BLS and IV certified
