Job descriptionGreeting and welcoming patients to the practice. Scheduling / rescheduling appointments as needed. Educate patients on treatment plans and financial obligations. Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff. Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures. Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders. Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed. Coordinate insurance verifications and claims processing. Ensure patient confidentiality at all times. Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar role in a dental office. Proficient with dental terminology and procedures. Knowledge of presenting and scheduling treatment planning. Knowledge of and capability to do insurance breakdowns and making outbound calls. Knowledge of in-network / out-network PPO and fee for service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Eaglesoft preferred. $32-$34 / hour
Our well-established dental practice in Carlsbad, CA is currently looking for a talented and friendly Treatment Coordinator full time. This key front-office role involves managing treatment schedules, verifying insurance, organizing financial plans with patients, and ensuring accurate and detailed record-keeping.

Compensation :
- $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
