Surface Mission Integration Lead

As a Department of the Navy (DON) program and project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced Naval Training management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you will implement, improve, and maintain organizational programs in support of the DON and internal and external personnel. You will work with key stakeholders to review milestones, project costs, and track functional requirements. You possess the interpersonal communication skills and strategic planning experience to help with tactical planning using resources like Power BI, Project Online, and the full Microsoft suite to facilitate regular interactions with the Type Commander and United States Fleet Forces.

You Have :

  • 15+ years of experience with program and operations management
  • 10+ years of experience with managing requirements using established processes and advising clients on program status, schedule, and risks
  • 10+ years of experience with relationship management, including building interpersonal relationships and teamwork
  • 5+ years of experience with a DoD training curriculum and how it is delivered
  • Experience with the DON processes and tools and executive stakeholder engagements
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems

Nice If You Have :

  • Experience with supporting Navy Training Commands, Systems, and Navy curriculum development
  • Experience with process improvement
  • Knowledge of Navy Acquisition program management
  • Possession of excellent Microsoft 365 and Flank Speed skills
  • Clearance : Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
