You'll work hands-on with teams across our manufacturing facility to promote best practices, deliver impactful training, and ensure regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Lead incident reporting and investigations with discretion
- Chair the Safety Committee and oversee audits and documentation
- Deliver engaging safety training and coordinate external sessions
- Advise teams on OSHA compliance and safety improvements
- Support wellness initiatives and employee engagement
What You Bring
Background in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Management, HR, or related fieldExperience in manufacturing or industrial safety rolesFamiliarity with safety software, documentation, and compliance standardsFirst Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsComfortable working independently and in team settingsWork Environment & Physical Demands
