Military Fellowship Program : Project Manager

divh2Military Fellowship Program / h2pSNCs Military Fellowship Program partners with programs such as SkillBridge and Hiring Our Heroes to provide fellowship opportunities to service members transitioning to the civilian workforce. These fellowships include up to six months of on-the-job industry training for eligible service members. During this time, participants gain valuable work experience in the civilian sector and build professional networks as they prepare for their transition to full-time civilian work. Note : You must be currently serving on active duty to be eligible for this fellowship program. This program is not for veterans who have already separated from the military. IAS tailors solutions to customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs to consistently exceed expectations - with an unrivaled record of on time and on (or under) budget deliveries. / ph3Qualifications You Must Have : / h3ulliCurrently serving as active duty military and be eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program / liliBachelors degree in Business Administration or related field / liliMinimum 2+ years of experience in project management and / or in a related or technical field, internships not included in total years of experience / liliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software / liliDemonstrated experience in managing a project. / liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment / liliStrong analytical skills capability to meet schedules / liliStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills / li / ulh3Qualifications We Prefer : / h3ulliProgram Management Professional (PMP) Certification / liliBasic understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), or similar tool / liliExperience with developing budgets and managing projects to those budgets. / liliExperience managing project scope and scope creep during project execution / liliExperience in resource planning and management during project execution / liliExperience with risk management planning and documentation / liliFamiliarity with government contracting and regulations / liliAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearance / li / ulpSNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
