UCP Staffing is seeking experienced, certified Reach Forklift (Telehandler) Operators, to support active construction and industrial job sites throughout Northern Nevada. This role is responsible for safely operating telehandlers to lift, move, and place materials.
This is a safety-critical position requiring strong equipment knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Rough terrain Telescoping Telehandler
- Operate reach forklift / telehandlers to lift, move, and position materials on construction sites
- Load and unload materials from flatbeds, trailers, and delivery trucks
- Place materials at elevated heights and into hard-to-reach areas
- Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety procedures
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any defects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work closely with foremen, crane operators, and ground crews
