Operations Specialist Lead

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist Lead (Remote KY, NC).

Key Responsibilities

Develops and maintains relationships with customers, associates, and vendors to enhance service experience and resolve issues

Performs operational tasks including complex data entry and documentation, while identifying and recommending process improvements

Handles standard documentation and maintains department records in compliance with applicable regulations and policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in Financial Services or Operations Support, or

High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Financial Services or Operations Support

Knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies affecting job duties

Familiarity with products, systems, or processes relevant to the role

Experience guiding less experienced specialists in the area of work
