Technical Support Responsibilities :
- Provide on-site field support including installation, servicing, and repairs of systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware issues (desktop, laptop, mobile devices, peripherals)
- Troubleshoot software issues (Windows 10, MS Office, Outlook, Skype for Business, OneDrive, other corporate apps)
- Handle Microsoft patches, corporate software deployments, and group policy issues
- Build / reimage corporate PCs; perform upgrades and hardware replacements after diagnostics
- Troubleshoot LAN / WAN issues (basic networking knowledge : TCP / IP, VPN, secure access, wireless)
- Perform IMACD activities (add / move / change / delete) within SLA
- Communicate effectively with end-users and IT teams in English (verbal and written)
- Document resolutions and case notes accurately in English
- Handle inventory management
