Desktop & Application Support Specialist - Healthcare (Downey)

ONSITE ROLES LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY

We are looking for Systems Administrators in Downey, CA. Ideally from Pharmacy or healthcare environment. These are Onsite roles in Downey, CA 90242

Expected Shift hours :

Monday 5am - 1 : 30pm

Tuesday - Friday 7am - 3 : 30pm.

Note : Once a month OT on Sunday mornings 7am - 3 : 30pm

Pay Rate : $50 / hr on W2

Role :

45% Desktop support, 55% application support

Onsite support - Responding to first level Incident tickets or Service Tasks and resolve those tickets (PC, Printer, Peripheral, or Application issues)

Required Experience :

4+ years of experience min. required.

Bachelor's Degree

Windows 11 Troubleshooting

Windows Server 2016 or newer (basic troubleshooting for Operating System Event Logs, Services)

HP Workstation Troubleshooting (general hardware), swap workstations if needed for spares.

Lexmark Printer Troubleshooting (general hardware and firmware), swap printers if needed with spares.

HP Printer Troubleshooting (general hardware and firmware), swap printers if needed with spares.

Zebra and Intermec Printer Troubleshooting (Hardware and Firmware), swap printers if needed with spares.

Basic Networking Knowledge to (physical and logical as it relates to Workstations, Printers)

Application Specific troubleshooting (resource will be trained on the application and provided SOPs to use for troubleshooting application issues).

Zebra TC77 Handhelds (Android OS Troubleshooting, logs, event history).

Linux Basics (Ability to use Shell for basic log file research, filesystem checks, process verifications, running basic commands).

Siemens PLCs (latter logic troubleshooting skills)
