Our client is global top tire Manufacturer and they are looking for a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented Technical Sales / Project
Managerwith a focus on maintaining our OEM portfolio, driving total customer satisfaction, and actively engaging in sales for Original
Equipment (OE) programs. This role combines technical expertise with cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs and expand our client presence in the OE market.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Sales & Customer Satisfaction Serve as the technical liaison for OEM customers (including sub-assemblers) on production and development-related matters
Meet with OEM engineering teams to promote and sell our client tire solutions, leveraging technical expertise to demonstrate value
Support the OE Sales Team on engineering related concerns and resolutions to ensure alignment and successful collaboration
Actively participate in technical discussions to influence customer decisions and secure new opportunities.
Problem Solving & Process Improvement
Drive preventive and corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution and reporting to all relevant stakeholders.
Support investigations into engineering or technical concerns and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Manage special cases, such as DOT extensions, engineering pilot orders, and other critical technical processes in parallel with
Operations & Engineering division.
Product Development & Launch Support
Ensure product readiness for launch, meeting customers and engineerings specifications
Lead the execution of established plans to meet customer requirements and timelines
Manage multiple programs and projects across various locations in North America, collaborating with local and global teams.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors degree in Science (Masters degree preferred).
Experience : 3+ years in the automotive industry, with a focus on OEM technical sales or engineering
Strong communication, self-direction, project management and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
