Engineering Technical Lead

A company is looking for an Engineering Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical direction and manage architecture for platform services, ensuring code quality and managing tech debt

Oversee delivery execution by converting product requirements into actionable plans and managing engineering workflows

Define reliability, security, and compliance standards while leading operational readiness and incident response

Required Qualifications

6-10 years of software experience, including 3+ years as a Tech Lead for a team of 4-8 engineers

Experience leading platform / infra initiatives in SaaS or fintech systems

Deep expertise in AWS with hands-on experience in core services

Strong systems design skills and experience with critical coding tasks (TypeScript / Node, Python, or Go preferred)

Ability to work in a distributed environment during core hours (9am-5pm ET)
