Key Responsibilities
Support various online webinar platforms and learn new ones as needed
Build relationships with clients and facilitators, ensuring clear communication and problem-solving
Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with administrative tasks during webinars
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in customer service and / or call centers
Some college education preferred
Proficiency with Outlook, Google Drive, and MS Teams
Ability to troubleshoot and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule availability to accommodate an international audience
